Create an Account
1. Start at caspringtrials.us and click on the “Register & Contact” tab at the top or any registration button. When you see this screen, choose “Create an Account.” (Once registered, you can use your email and password to log on to make changes.)
Fill in Your Details
2. Fill in all fields and choose a password you will remember.
Book Your Visits
3. When you see this screen, click on "Book Your Visits"
Choose a Location, then a Date
4. The options for Locations are listed in alphabetical order and are the LOCATIONS, not the individual breeding companies. You will choose one of the following based on your individual itinerary:
- American Takii
- Ball Horticultural Company
- Benary
- COE Winery
- GreenFuse Grove
- Griggs Nursery
- Head Start Nursery
- Sakata Seed America
- Santa Barbara Polo Club
- Syngenta Flowers
5. Then you will choose the date of your visit to that location. Please note that not all locations are open all days and each location has customized dates as outlined on the website.

6. Select the company you wish to book and click on "Book This"

7. You are able to create your custom schedule by selecting your exact visit time(s) in 30-minute increments.
8. If you are staying at a location between Noon and 1:00, you can choose the lunch option if that location is offering lunch. When registering to have lunch, you will also be asked about any dietary restrictions. Please register for lunch just ONCE PER LOCATION.

9. Once you submit your appointment time, you will be taken back to this screen. It will show that you booked your first appointment then you can book your appointment at the next breeder at that location.
No Double Booking
10. The system will not allow you to double book times. If you do so, you will get this screen and it will not allow you to submit.
Go to the Next Location
11. After making all appointments for all breeders at one location, you will no longer have the option to "Book this" at that location. Now click on “Go to the Next Location”
12. Continue on until all Locations/Breeders that you wish to visit are booked.
View Your Schedule
13. At any time, you can click on “Go to My Schedule” to view your bookings.
14. If you need to edit your schedule, click on the Edit icon to the right of each breeder.
15. You will receive an email with your schedule, but you can also log in at any time to view your schedule.
Register Your Traveling Companions
16. If you are traveling with others (up to 10 companions) and would like to book your exact same schedule for them, here's how to do that!
17. After you have finished booking all your visits with the schedule you wish, click on Menu at the top of the page, then click on "Invite My Companions.

18. When you see the screen to the right, just fill in those four simple fields (and any dietary restrictions) for each of your traveling companions.
19. Then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page and you are all registered!
Event APP & Multi-Use Badges
20. About a week prior to the event, all registered attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to download the CAST2025 app to use during the event.
21. This year, for the first time, multi-use badges will be distributed ONLY at the first stop you’ve registered for. They are designed to be used for the entire time you are traveling. DO NOT throw away your badge or lanyard until the event is over.
22. Each badge has a QR code that breeders may scan upon your arrival.
