Create an Account
1. Start at caspringtrials.us and click on the “Register Now” button on the home page or any registration button. When you see this screen, choose “Create an Account.” (Once registered, you can use your email and password to log on to make changes.)
Fill in Your Details
2. Fill in all fields and choose a password you will remember.
Book Your Visits
3. When you see this screen, click on "1. Book Your Visits"
Choose a Location, then a Date
4. The options for Locations are listed in alphabetical order and are the LOCATIONS, not the individual breeding companies. You will choose one of the following based on your individual itinerary:
- American Takii
- Ball Horticultural Company
- COE Winery
- GreenFuse Grove
- Head Start Nursery
- Por La Mar Nursery
- Sakata Seed America
- Santa Barbara Polo Club
- Syngenta Flowers
5. Then you will choose the date of your visit to that location. Please note that not all locations are open all days and each location has customized dates as outlined on the website.

6. If you wish to just set your schedule by location, on this page, select "Book Location"
If you get the message in red that says "Slots Limit Has Been reached" that means that location cannot accept additional registrants at that time. Please choose another time.

7. If you wish to book by individual breeder, you can do that but do NOT select the "Book Location" option. Just scroll down and select the breeders and times you wish to book.
8. If you are staying at a location around lunchtime, you can choose the lunch option if that location is offering lunch. When registering to have lunch, you will also be asked about any dietary restrictions.

9. Once you submit your appointment time at one location, you can choose the "Go to the Next Location" button which will show this screen again. This will allow you to book your appointment at the next location and does not allow you to double book a location.
10. Continue on until all Locations/Breeders that you wish to visit are booked.
No Double Booking
11. The system will not allow you to double book times. If you do so, you will get this screen and it will not allow you to submit.
View Your Schedule
12. At any time, you can click on “Go to My Schedule” to view your bookings.
13. If you need to edit your schedule, click on the Edit icon to the right of each breeder.
14. You can log in at any time to view, edit or download your schedule.
Register Your Traveling Companions
15. If you are traveling with others and would like to book your exact same schedule for them, here's how to do that!
16. After you have finished booking all your visits with the schedule you wish, go back to the home page, then click on "Add or Edit Companions."

17. When you see the screen to the right, you can search for companions or click the "Add A Companion" button and fill in those fields (and any dietary restrictions) for your traveling companions.
18. Then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page and repeat as necessary for each traveling companion.
